After checkout, an inspection of the apartment will be carried out and if any damage or fine reported by the condominium is identified, the amount will be charged to the deposit.
We have a mandatory change of linens after 7 nights. The cost is included in the reservation and the change time is scheduled by our team.
If you need to change your linens before this period, an additional fee will be charged and, for this, you must schedule an appointment with MOVINN in advance. It is strictly forbidden for the guest to wash the linens. In case of non-compliance, the full amount of the kit will be charged.
We offer a cleaning service in your apartment from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (we do not have a cleaning service on Sundays). Our team visits during these hours according to the daily schedule, cleaning takes place even when the guest is not at the property.
In order for the guest to access the condominium, it is mandatory to send some documents, which will be requested after the confirmation of your reservation, such as a copy of an official document issued by the government of your country, with a photo, for all guests. Our service team must receive the documents within the opening hours, or check-in will not be allowed.
During your stay, any and all guests who need to be received in the apartment will be authorized to enter, provided that they have been notified in advance (with their full name, ID number and photo of the document).
Our concierge can allow two visitors per day. Guests are not allowed to access the common areas, which are reserved for guests staying in the apartment only.
It is not permitted to walk around shirtless in the common areas, as this will result in a fine.
It is strictly forbidden to leave luggage at the reception desk.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m., as check-out after this time will incur a fine.

• Caução: A caução para todos os hóspedes (exceto reservas via Airbnb) é de R$1.000,00, este valor será cobrado no cartão de crédito e devolvido em até 30 dias após o check-out. Para estadias com pets, a caução será de R$3.000,00.
• Verificação de Segurança: Para a segurança de nossos hóspedes, realizamos uma verificação de duas etapas para novas reservas.
• Documentação: Para acessar o condomínio, é necessário o envio de documentos, incluindo uma cópia de um documento oficial com foto (passaporte ou RG), de todos os hóspedes, que serão solicitados após a confirmação da reserva.
• Visitas: O acesso de visitantes ao apartamento será autorizado com antecedência (nome completo, número do documento de identidade e foto do documento), é permitido até dois visitantes por dia, mas eles não têm acesso às áreas comuns, que são exclusivas para hóspedes.
• Arrumação: Oferecemos o serviço de arrumação diária em seu apartamento de segunda a sábado, das 10h às 16h, informamos que não realizamos arrumação aos domingos. Nossa equipe realiza o serviço conforme o cronograma diário, mesmo na ausência do cliente no local.
• Troca de Enxoval: O enxoval será trocado após sete noites, com custo incluso na reserva, o horário será agendado pela equipe. Caso haja necessidade de troca antecipada, será cobrada uma taxa adicional, mediante agendamento com a Movinn. A lavagem do enxoval pelo hóspede não é permitida, pois as peças requerem cuidados específicos em lavanderias profissionais, em caso de descumprimento, será cobrado o valor integral do kit.
• Proibição de Fumar: É estritamente proibido fumar nos apartamentos, o descumprimento desta regra resultará na aplicação de multa, no valor integral da caução.
• Geradores de Energia: O empreendimento conta com geradores para as áreas comuns, elevadores e iluminação de emergência nas rotas de fuga, garantindo a segurança em caso de falta de energia.
• Check-in e Check-out: O check-in é a partir das 15h e o check-out deve ser realizado até às 11h, caso o horário seja ultrapassado, será cobrada uma multa.
• Uso de Áreas Comuns: Não é permitido andar sem camisa nas áreas comuns do empreendimento, sob pena de multa.
• Vistoria Pós Check-out: Após o check-out, será realizada uma vistoria nos apartamentos, caso seja identificada qualquer avaria, será cobrada multa correspondente.
• Itens Perdidos: Itens esquecidos no apartamento serão armazenados por 30 dias no nosso setor de Achados e Perdidos, após esse período, serão descartados ou doados para uma instituição parceira.
